The ULTIMO BINAURAL BEATS EXPERIMENTER: Binaural beats is an increasingly popular brain entrainment technique, including mind control and electronic attack scenarios. While the term itself usually relates to audio signals in the 100 - 1500 Hz bandwidth applied using stereo headphones, the technique is also applied to electromagnetic (EMF) and ultrasonic (both which can be distant and extend to higher frequencies), flashing light, and electrode stimulation techniques. Their bad effects can be stimulated or amplified using mind-altering drugs and/or other signals. Binaural beats technology is also used in neurological, psychological, physiological, psychic, therapeutic, learning, creativity, and hearing research. Binaural beats technology is very compex and there are almost unlimited signal variations and techniques that can be used or abused, some of which include AI-generated signals and techniques.
       Most people use binaural beats as a form of relaxation therapy. However, binaural beats is yet another technology popularly exploited by mind control perps. In which cases, binaural beats is a powerful technology to defeat many mind control and mental harassment technologies (including EMF, audio (including attacking binaural beats), ultrasonic, infrasonic). The UBBE does this by swamping your brain with pleasant tones which jam out attacking mind control and mind harassment signals. Analogous to turning up the volume on your radio when listening to a great song to block out annoying sounds.        With audio binaural beats, a different sound (usually a tone) signal is fed into each ear. Some audio headphones use electrical coils, which themselves deliver EMF signals you cannot consciously perceive, in addition to their audio signals. And some produce ultrasonic and/or infrasonic sound signals you cannot hear. These signals can be modulated in several different ways, which modulations can carry message and/or control signals.
       The brain can interpret binaural beat sounds in any one or a combination of 3 ways (depends on individual):
          (1) Where the signals meet inside the brain between the two transducers produces sum and difference frequencies (eg: if one tone is 1.0KHz and the other tone is 1.6KHz, the heard beats will be 2.6KHz (sum) and 600Hz (difference)). The sum frequencies are almost always too high to affect brainwaves and may even be ultrasonic, but still can be heard if less than about 20KHz. The difference frequencies (which may be infrasonic) in the 0.5Hz - 100Hz range tend to force the existing brainwave frequencies to synchronize with these binaural beat frequencies (Frequency Following Response, FFR), thereby entraining the brainwaves to the Alpha, Beta, Delta, Theta, and Spindle frequencies (see above) produced by the binaural audio generator and modulating messages or control signals, if any. If modulated, may make the TI having thoughts or hearing voices programmed by the perp. If both inputs are pure sinewave tones, then the resultant beats are also pure sinewave tones. By rapidly and randomly forcing the victim's brain to jump from one brainwave pattern to another and by subjecting victim to signals which combine into pulses and not pure tones or dumping messages into the brain, binaural beats clearly can be used to cause some people much pain, mental exhaustion, confusion, dysfunction, feelings of going mad, hearing voices, thinking unwanted thoughts and physical distress.
          (2) Binaural beats sounds can combine in another way within the brain, basically by averaging the two sounds together. Example: One tone is 1.0KHz, and one is 1.6KHz of same intensity. Your brain may interpret the resulting tone as 1.3KHz. A similar phenomenon occurs with eyesight. If vision acuity in one eye is excellent, but only fair in the other eye, your brain may see images with acuity roughly their average.
          (3) With some people, neither binaural beats nor frequency averaging result at least some of the time. They just hear two separate sounds.
       While not everyone is sensitive to binaural beats, those who are sensitive have reported, for examples, induced experiences of extremely restful sleep and relaxation, stress reduction, deep meditation, transcendental states, hypnotic states and hypnogogic states (mind awake, body asleep), altered states of consciousness, out-of-body sensations, enhanced mental telepathy and other psychic powers or loss of psychic powers, memory enhancement or loss of certain memories, mystical and spiritual experiences, holodeck experiences, lucid creative thought and intuition, super learning, bad habit breaking, hallucinations, remote viewing, confusion, dizziness, mental exhaustion, frantic and hysterical behavior, paranoia, insanity, involuntary bodily functions, extreme pleasure, pain management and extreme pain. And that these experiences can persist after the binaural beats stimulation stops (like having a tune stuck in your head). And that even plant growth appears to be affected by electrically applied binaural beats. There is much expert debate as to what does and does not work, how exactly binaural beats work, to what extent does binaural beats work, and why there are great individual differences in binaural beats effects. The binaural beats phenomena may explain why virtually everyone much prefers stereo music to high-fidelity music, why people like to dance to music or hum, the differences in music and other sound popularities, and why some types of music rhythms appeal to some groups of people but irritate other genetically or culturally different groups. Fact is, music itself is a pleasant form of sound-based mind control.

TDCS (or "tDCS") - "DC brain polarization" - is a painless, non-invasive, low-risk, silent, efficient and relatively inexpensive method of applying small direct currents to the brain cortex through the skull using skin-contact electrodes. The positive electrode boosts, increases or amplifies function of brain region closest to it, while the negative electrode inhibits or suppresses brain function. TDCS has been found to boost cognitive performance and learning and increase IQ, memory and reaction times, as well as to treat several mental disorders. TDCS research seems to support our belief that TDCS is more effective, less dangerous and produce better beneficial results than herbs, nutrients, drugs or other chemicals - and a few pennies of electricity is much more cost effective than $100s and even $1,000s in chemicals.

The application of electric currents to the head to modify brain function is more than 200 years old. In fact, Ancient Roman physicians (Galen) placed torpedo fish, known for their electric charges, to the foreheads of sufferers of migraine headaches and depression.

While popular literature claims that you can easily do your own TDCS sessions by simply connecting up electrodes to a 9VDC radio battery, and then applying them to your head, we strongly advise not to do TDCS using this primitive, dangerous, counterproductive and ineffective method - dangerous if the current is too high, counterproductive if the electrodes have the wrong polarity, and ineffective if the current is too low or fluctuates or the electrodes are the wrong type or placed wrong. Since the conductivity of the skin changes with time, skin contact with the electrode pads, and even with the smallest movements, current from a constant voltage power supply (including all batteries, wall adapters and voltage regulator power supplies) will fluctuate, sometimes wildly, intermittently and unpredictably. While 9VDC is usually too small to deliver even 1 ma of current under most conditions, under certain conditions, a 9VDC battery can deliver far too much current - so much current that near electroshock injuries may result. Since the resistance (R) of the electrodes varies between applications and can change on a real time basis, the current (I) from any constant-voltage (V) power source can fluctuate wildly (I=V/R). However, a sophisticated TDCS system quickly and automatically varies its output voltages to compensate for even large variations in resistance to keep the output current constant, Proper TDCS requires careful current control and accuracy, constancy and repeatability - you need to accurately set a constant current level and session duration. For current level to be constant and repeatable during TDCS sessions, which it must be for optimum positive results, you need the current from a very good CONSTANT CURRENT GENERATOR (CCG). Also, carefully ramping voltage up at session beginning and then down at session end, as opposed to suddenly turning the voltage ON and OFF (which occurs when you flip a switch connected to a battery, wall adapter or non-TDCS power supply, or abruptly remove contact with a battery terminal), is critical to prevent voltage transients. TDCS is also used in conjunction with other mind-building techniques to stimulate cognitive abilities, such as music (listening or playing), reading, studying, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), solving puzzles, solving math problems, eating foods rich in omega3 oils, flavonoids, licorice or peppermint, chewing gum, meditation, visualization techniques, etc. TDCS is not limited to head use. Today, TDCS is used more often than even what the popular TMS is used in. Also, TDCS, TACS (Transcranial AC Stimulation), TMS and/or permanent magnets are often used together to further boost results. TDCS used in conjunction with TACS and TMS is a very powerful tool or weapon for mind control and behavioral control because while the control signal or message signal is electronically injected into the brain as TACS or TMS signals, the brain absorbs it much faster and stronger because of the DC stimulation from the TDCS. TACS and TDCS signals can be part of the same signal delivered at the same time to the same electrodes.

The TDCS theory of operation is that the current density at the neuron level primes the neuron to be either more excited or less excited than usual. TDCS plus current theoretically provides a positive bias to the nerve synapses through the dendrites making them more sensitive and excitable, thereby creating a heightened sensitivity to other stimuli to cause neurons to fire more easily from even minor stimulation. However, when negative current is applied to the dendrites, a negative bias occurs, making the neurons more difficult to fire from other stimuli, the effect is to inhibit or suppress nerve firing even from major stimulation. Inhibition is often just as important as excitation to produce beneficial results, depending on what is needed.

TDCS is a particularly attractive electrotherapy option because it is a relatively benign (low risk and few and minor side effects), efficient and affordable treatment modality that requires no drugs. TDCS is an effective method to stimulate areas on the brain's outer layer (the neocortex) selectively with a small amount of electrical current applied to the skull just about the cortex area to be stimulated. With TDCS technology, you basically place and secure (using an elastic band or hair net) two electrodes on your head which are connected to a Constant Current Generator. TDCS typically consists of five 20-minute or 30-minute sessions (one per day for a week), which may be repeated. TDCS can produce positive after-effects which can last many hours - even days, weeks and months. SIDE EFFECTS OF TDCS: The reported side effects of TDCS, aside from a slight itching or tingling sensation under the electrodes when current is first applied, are few and almost always minor. In fact, in 70% of subjects studied in various studies (not ours), the subjects could not detect when they were being stimulated. In those cases where subjects could detect stimulation, in most cases they felt minor itching and tingling underneath the electrodes at the onset of the session. Fatigue, nausea, slight-to-modest skin irritation, pain or migraine headache, and insomnia have also been reported as side effects, but are relatively rare. TDCS should never be applied for durations more than 30 minutes or using currents in excess of 10 ma. Semi-permanent or even permanent after-effects can occur for TDCS durations of more than 9 minutes. As opposed to many drugs, TDCS is not known to be addictive. The long term after-effects and possible side effects of TDCS are not fully known.

The ULTIMO MAGNETIC BODY RESONANT FREQUENCY DETECTOR: The body's magnetic resonant frequency is reputed to be an electronic signature that many perps use to target and pursue Targeted Individuals (TIs) - body resonant frequency tracking. The UMBRFD allows you to determine what your body's magnetic resonant frequency is. Once you know what magnetic frequency your body resonates at, you can try various means of shielding to suppress it by further using the UMBRFD to ascertain which shielding works best. The UMBRFD is simple and easy to use. You hang our special magnetic field detector around your neck. It comes with a very special antenna, small tuner and EMF signal strength detector. You adjust the tuner until you obtain a frequency output at its highest intensity as digitally displayed on the signal strength detector. That should be the frequency of magnetic resonance of your body - your body resonant frequency. THE ULTIMO SPORTS CEREBELLUM STIMULATOR: The function of the cerebellum (the paleobrain attached to the brain stem and located inside the skull at the base of the brain) is to transform its sensory inputs (mostly sights and sounds) into muscle motor control outputs. In sports which require quickness and/or precision to optimally perform, the sports functions require the cerebellum to optimally perform. The muscle commands emanate from the cerebellum - not from the cerebral cortex, which would take far too long and be far too imprecise to perform any fast, accurate and/or coordinated sport's function. Repeated practice of the sport's functions results in the cerebellum learning how to optimally perform the sports functions. Sports learning requires re-wiring the cerebellum's neural network so that sports movements are automatically done fast, accurately and fully coordinated. The cerebellum has the neural plasticity to re-wire itself to learn sports moves (ie: hand-eye coordination). That means that neural synapses which either are not performing any positive functions or performing negative functions require that the synapses be physically disconnected from their current connections and then connected up to other neuron synapses to incrementally improve the function each time it is practiced. This requires the physical movement of thousands to millions of synapses during any practice session.
      To become an expert at any sport requires at least 10,000 hours of practice (Gladwell's 10,000 hours of practice rule) - typically, 5-10 years of regular, continuous, highly-focused and intense practice. But what if you could shorten the beginner-to-expert number of practice hours to 5,000 hours? Or even 1,000 hours? Or even less? We believe that the USCS may be able to do that for you. If you want to become an expert at any sport which has fast, precise and/or coordinated functions, including football, soccer, basketball, baseball, track events, golf, tennis, table tennis, boxing, martial arts, gymnastics/acrobatics, bowling, juggling, skating, skiing, skate boarding, bike racing, motorcycle racing, car racing, stunt flying, rock climbing, and many other sports.       When professional tennis players serve or return a ball, almost all of them emit some kind of grunt, groan, yelp or similar noise. Ever wonder why they do that? Sure, noises distract and disturb opponents which can favor you, and may slightly help breathing. But does the amount of extra effort and energy required to make some kind of noise worth these questionable nominal advantages? We, at Lone Star Consulting, Inc., have studied this noisemaking phenomenon, and we believe that we have the answer. The back of the throat lies about 5 inches away from the cerebellum. These noises radiate through the top of the back of the throat through tissue into the cerebellum, thereby stimulating the cerebellum with these sound waves to vibrate the cerebellum's neurons to stimulate synapse activity to accelerate the sports learning process. An analogy is a vibrational paper shuffler sold as office equipment - you place a batch papers into a tilted vertical paper tray, turn the paper shuffler vibrator On for a few seconds, turn it Off, and then remove the neat stack of papers. Orthodontists accelerate the straightening of teeth by using vibration stimulation, because vibration of the teeth cause, "increased cellular signaling and activity". And mechanical vibration stimulation has also been used for decades to accelerate fracture healing, and to increase bone density. Our initial experiments show that the USCS clearly does indeed both stimulate the cerebellum using the right sound waves and can be used to accelerate sports learning based on this our theory that we take full credit for (developed 12/3/13).
         NOTE 1: The cerebellum plays a substantial roll in sports which require speed, precision and/or great coordination. Chess, checkers, cards, word games, math games, etc. are all cognitive and memory sports which the USCS is unlikely to significantly improve performance.
         NOTE 2: While all of our devices are experimental (some more, some less), the USCS is about our most experimental device. There clearly is substantial differences in the optimum sound signals between athletes. For example, the sounds emanating from any two highly ranked tennis players are different - often, just by sound alone, you can identify the tennis player. Clearly, for expert players to be as great as they are, their current sounds must be close to their optimum stimulating sounds to stimulate their individual cerebellums for accelerated sports learning, making them the best tennis players. Unknowingly, they have somehow matched up their utterances to the optimum sound stimulations required by their cerebellums. Some sounds may even have a negative effect; and the USCS has not been tested or verified for its safety. The USCS is not sold as a medical device, nor as a medically-assistive device. Today, many great athletes use electrical stimulation of their muscles to help keep their muscles in tone (electrical muscle stimulation was likely invented and proven by the incredible Bruce Lee) - decades ago, electrical stimulation of muscles was scoffed at.
         NOTE 3: While the USCS may also work with functions of the cerebrum, our results so far do not significantly support it for cerebrum functions (eg: improvements in IQ or cognitive functions). The cerebellum is not only physically very different than the cerebral cortex, but its processing of signals is also very different, which we believe explains lack of clear success with using sound to improve cerebral functions. While the cerebrum works much more on a nuanced and multi-looped feedback system, the cerebellum is almost entirely a unidirectional feedforward modular-based system. The cerebellum intakes many sensory inputs, processing all this data, and then producing many muscle motor control outputs to the spinal cord, which is then distributed to the various muscles which must quickly, precisely and cleanly react real time in a programmed and coordinated fashion based on what the eyes and ears observe. Cerebellum signals are processed in a sequential fashion through each stage of the cerebellum. The sensory signals enter the cerebellum through 200 million mossy fiber inputs, which are then expanded to 40 billion granule cells, which parallel fiber outputs then converge onto 15 million Purkinje cells, which cells then output to less than 50 deep nuclear cells (per microzone), which outputs to the spinal cord. In short, to process sensory inputs into motor outputs, the cerebellum has a limited number of inputs, which astronomically diverge into a huge number of neural connections, which then converge into a limited number of outputs. The function is analogous to what we call a dynamically-based PROM (Programmable Read-Only Memory - PROMs are common to computers to store instructions) integrated circuit, which each set of unique inputs produces a set of unique outputs, which PROM-like architecture is dynamically programmed (ie: synapse re-wiring) by the athlete through rigorous practice of the sport.
         NOTE 4: Because the USCS is an electronics device which must be kept dry, it cannot be used in conjunction with water sports and activities (eg: swimming, diving, water polo, surfboarding, etc.), or put into any other position where it can be physically damaged.
         NOTE 5: We have tried using electrodes for electrical stimulation, instead of small transducers, with a modified version of our USCS, and our results were not consistent enough to at least at this point to try to fine-tune our electrode version of the USCS.

The USCS system consists of the USCS module, transducers, cabling and User Manual. Outputs range from audio to ultrasonic, with many different continuous and burst waveforms. The USCS last made was only $9985 [6 lbs].

The ULTIMO POWERED/NON-POWERED MOBIUS COILS: The UP/NPMC is an induction coil specially and uniquely wound in a Mobius Coil pattern - often used as a transmitter antenna and/or receiver antenna.           **With the waveform generator turned Off, this Powered Mobius Coil operates the same as the Non-Powered Mobius Coil, so it can be used in either way. For waveform generator Mobius Coils, using a pair of them appears to be much more effective than just one Mobius Coil because with two Mobius Coils (eg: one on each wrist, arm, ankle or leg), the electrical waveforms can be sent thru your body. And a pair used this way, can also help you determine the direction of an offending signal (by turning your body to see what orientation causes the greatest manifestations). Older LEDs generally have such small bandwidths as to be nearly useless for mind control and electronic attack uses, even LEDs used in some LED biofeedback devices. However, some newer LEDs can be effectively modulated with signals up to about 100Mb/s - way beyond the modulation bandwidth required for mind control and way beyond the modulation bandwidths of all other common light sources - not to mention cheap and commonly available - making them ideal for mind control and electronic attack. Most electronic devices which have LEDs are now foreign-made, so which LEDs are now programmed and how are mostly unknown. You can't 100% block LED effects using dark sun glasses, and if the LEDs are intense, even closing your eyes may not help much. And LEDs can be intensely flashing you at such high frequencies and/or in the ultraviolet band even when they appear to be Off to the eye (eg: the signal output LEDs used in TV controllers)! Because LED modulations can be very high bandwidth, just by glancing at the modulated LED light may be enough to entrain your brain, and some manifestations can be delayed, making it difficult to determine the cause.
         Mind control and electronic attack signals conveyed directly into the brain through the eyes and optic nerve pathways can be very destructive in several ways (eg: direct interferences with nerve pulses, disruption or suppression of melatonin production, disruption of circadian rhythms, etc.). We now believe that many mind control and electronic attacks are being conducted through modulated LEDs flashing at such high rates that your eyes cannot detect these fast flashes but your brain does on a subliminal basis. You have no way of knowing without the ULEDMCD which LEDs may be attacking you and which are benign. And that while most of these LED mind control methods are clearly for commercial reasons (eg: telling you to buy a certain product or avoid competitors), others are used directly for nefarious mind control and electronic attack applications. Modulated LEDs are also widely used for Visible Light Communications systems (VLC), including for the activation, programming and controlling of other electronic devices themselves directly involved in surveillance and spying, and mind control and electronic attack. In addition, flashing LEDs are believed to trigger or cause epileptic seizures, migraiine headaches, confusing/chaotic thoughts, thought interferences, forced thoughts, perception alterations, insomnia, sleep disruptions, hallucinations, eye damage, temporary color blindness and distortions, loss of balance, depression, fibromyalgia attacks, behavioral modification, obsessive-compulsive behavior, and even psychopathic behaviors in some vulnerable people. You can be exposed to LED mind control or other electronic attack totally unaware of this type of electronic attack. Since your eyes won't likely detect it, you need a specialized device like the ULEDMCD to detect and alarm to LED mind control. The ULEDMCD detects LEDs which are outputting high-frequency signals (30 Hz - 200 KHz), indicative of some mind control, electronic attack and communications devices, and alarms you when detected. If detected and you own the offending device, you can tape over the offending LED with black electrical tape or paint over it with dark nail polish, disconnect the LED, report the device or take some other kind of action. The ULTIMO PROXIMITY DETECTOR & ALARM: The UPD&A works similar to a Porch Light Proximity Detector (PLPD), but our UPD&A is far more versatile and useful. PLPDs are designed to be mounted and operated at about head high, and to detect human beings. Our UPD&A can be mounted even below your ground level all the way to above your ceiling, and will detect anything that generates significant heat - including people, animals, and warm mechanical, electrical or heating machinery. While PLPDs just turn-ON a light, our UPD&A will turn-ON a light, and/or sound a loud alarm (you select), and for a duration you program it for typically between 1 - 10 secords (you can specify other time ranges if you wish). And while PLPDs offer a limited range of sensor directions, our UPD&A sensor is mounted on an adjustable flexible arm which you can point in any direction. And while PLPDs are typically 120VAC powered - forcing you to be tethered to a power socket, you can specify our UPD&A to be powered by 9VDC battery, by both 9VDC battery and 120VAC (with selector switch), or powered by 120VAC. And because you can select a loud alarm to sound off upon detection, our UPD&A can be used to frighten intruding humans and animals away so you get rid of them without confronting them. Our UPD&A comes with a sensitivity adjustment. Some of our UPD&A's very important uses:
          (1) You can detect and alarm (if you wish) potential home invaders, burglars, rapists, stalkers, peeping toms, spies, etc. who intrude on your property - even if they may be concealed from your view. While PLPDs are mostly limited to detecting humans and some large animals, they miss much smaller living things like rats, mice, cats, smaller dogs, raccoons, birds, bats, etc. which might be endangering you and/or infesting/damaging your property, but hard to detect because they operate at night. While people vary considerably in height and size, everyone's feet is on the ground, so by setting detection direction lower, you pick up much smaller people and animals.
          (2) Our UPD&A can be used on camping trips to detect people and animals (large and small) which visit your campsite when you are asleep or absent. Also great for detecting people nearby when you are doing your private business. Also great for outdoor activities of all kinds, and trips in general. Our UPD&A can be used to keep close to others in your group even when you temporarily can't see them; and for help finding lost or hidden children and pets.
          (3) While not designed to substitute for fire detectors, our UPD&A can pick up hot items, including fires, stoves, space heaters, etc.
          (4) Our UPD&A can be used to detect mechanical and electrical devices that produce heat or recently produced heat. Some examples: (A) To detect if robots are wondering around your area. (B) To detect if you have a device turned ON which should not be ON. (C) To detect to deternine whether or not a vehicle has been recently driven, or a gun has been recently fired, without touching it. (D) To detect if water or food you are heating is warm enough. (E) To detect if something is hot without getting burned. And its great for science projects.
          (5) Our UPD&A can be used to detect hot spots in your home or business to show where you are losing costly energy, building up too much heat or where there may be a wiring or plumbing defect.
          (6) Our UPD&A can be used to detect unusual hot spots on your body or pet's body to alert you to see your doctor or vet to examine, or to detect a possible electronic implant.

The ULTIMO MODULATED LED CONTROLLER: The UMLEDC produces a very wide range of programmable LED modulations, some of which may counteract mind control (not just LED mind control), seasonal effective disorders, some sleep disorders and circadian rhythm disorders (circadian disorders are believed by some to be one cause of breast cancer in women), some mood disorders, biofeedback, relaxation therapy - an excellent LED light therapy device. But unlike other cheapo LED devices, the UMLEDC comes with critical programmable features:
            (1) UMLEDC modulations are programmable (30 Hz - 200 KHz).

The ULTRA "AURA" DETECTOR: Some say that everyone has a unique Aura, and that unusual fluctuations and non-symmetrical variations in one's Aura can indicate disease, injury, or some other unknown or foreign presence. Some say that your Aura is actually the shadow of your spirit or soul or that of your Guardian Angel or of a beloved departed one trying to warmly envelop, protect and comfort you as you go through life. And some say that some gifted people are so sensitive that they can detect this Aura. The ULTRASONIC GALVANIC SKIN RESPONSE CORRELATOR: We believe that the Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) is a good indication of anomalies that reside beneath the skin where the galvanic skin response is taken from, and that galvanic skin responses will be very close to each other when the taken on two corresponding positions on symmetrical parts of the body of a healthy person. In other words, for example, if there is an anomaly located unseen under the skin of the right foot but not under the left foot skin in the same foot area, galvanic measurements will likely be different for both foot areas (same part of foot; amount of galvanic skin response difference largely depends on type, size, position and depth of anomaly; both areas should have same amount of skin wetness) because the two feet are fairly symmetrical to each other; however, if there is no anomaly in either foot, then the galvanic measurements, while usually not identical, should be close to each other. We define an "anomaly" (eg: tumors, infections, impaired blood flows, nerve disorders, strained/torn muscles, strained/torn ligaments, strained/torn tendons, cracked/broken bones, lesions, subcutaneous electronic implants, etc.).
          The UGSRC includes two of our proprietary Super Soft-Pinch Electrodes. When attached to the skin, the input is fed into an ultra high input impedance ultra high gain amplifier (with AGC and adjustable gain to about 1,000,000), with the results displayed on meter (included). AGC - Automatic Gain Control - is important because it much extends the dynamic range of the amplifier, allowing for full amplification of very weak signals but little amplification of very strong signals.
          What makes the UGSRC especially important and totally unique is that it includes an ultrasonic pulser - a special ultrasonic output transducer. The purpose of the ultrasonic transducer is to "thump" or "ping" tissues and organs (ie: stimulate tissues and organs) located under the skin with ultrasonic pulses (adjustable pulse rate), which pulses are believed to cause an electrical reaction by some anomalies. This reaction may result in a much heightened or amplified galvanic skin response, if so, causing a much greater difference in the galvanic skin response between the side with the anomaly and the side without the anomaly. And furthermore, this reaction may also result in a much much heightened or amplified galvanic skin response from the same electrode placement over an anomaly between the ultrasonic transducer being ON and being OFF, thereby making the UGSRC very useful in electrically ferreting out and pinpointing those well-hidden anomalies, and also for unilaterally testing non-symmetrical parts of the body as well. The ultrasonic transducer is usually placed between the two galvanic electrodes.
          Galvanic skin responses (GSRs) are also traditionally used to detect and expose lying (eg: polygraphs / lie detectors), psychology research (eg: reactions to stress and to disturbing thoughts and memories), biomedical research, biofeedback research, paranormal research / psychic research, mind control and electronic attack, and for "ghostbusting." The ULTIMO MAGNETIC BODY SIGNAL BLOCKER: Our research has shown that magnetic fields have a much more profound affect on the brain and body, and on electronic equipment than even electrical fields. Basically, your brain and nervous systems have neural oscillators (eg: thalamocortical oscillators) in them producing various signals called, "brainwaves" or "body waves".           Our UMBSB is both a form of electronic shielding (active shielding) and electronic jamming to help protect you. Typically, active shields do a better job than passive shields. The ULTIMO ELECTRICAL BODY SIGNAL BLOCKER: Some scoff at the notion that perp's can put electronic signals onto your body to identify you, track you and perform functions on your body. Researchers have already successfully developed smart phone apps in which the the smart phone transmits thru a conductor on it, touched by a hand, an electronic security signal that travels thru the body and is then emitted from the other hand touching a security conductor on the door or other lock, which then 100% identifies the person trying to unlock, then unlocks the door or other lock so the person can get in - a signal that the person cannot feel and is unaware of. This recent technology is proof that perps can target and impinge malicious signals directly onto your body to identify you, to control what you do, to injure you, to track you, and to surveil you. Likewise, signals that your body generates can also be transmitted to perps using this technology. Whenever a perp attacks you using external electromagnetic signals, the attack hits your skin first, then passes thru your skin, being absorbed by both your skin and your bodily tissues under your skin, resulting in attack signals being on your skin and some being inside your body. When you walk on a dry nylon rug barefoot, and then touch a door handle with your hand or other bare body part, you are likely to get a painful static electric shock caused by an electric discharge. That is because the electricity you got onto your feet from your foot skin-nylon rug contact is transferred to all over your body.
          Perps abuse your body to electronically attack you! Likewise, even if a perp may target a small part of your body - even just a fingertip - all of your body and skin bears some of the same signals the perp puts onto that part of your skin he/she irradiated. Natural signals on your skin when a perp's signals first hits your skin should initially protect you by disrupting and defeating the perp's malicious signals trying to enter your body - until the perp's signals usually quickly overwhelms and replaces them because the perp's signals will likely be the strongest signals by far affecting you. In a sense, the perp signals take over your body's natural signals with his/her signals. Sometimes but not always, the TI will actually feel this change (eg: your skin crawls, tingles, itches or feels like it is being poked by pins or needles; your hair stands up on end; you feel like there is electricity in the air; you may sneeze or your eye waters for no known reason, etc.), you feel like you can't sit/stand/sleep still, you suddenly feel very anxious for no apparent reason, you have a "bad hair day" for no apparent reason, and/or you get a vague sense that something is just not right. Note that just as with sounds and chemicals, there is a large variation in people's sensitivities to EMF attacks - while Person A may sense little or no manifestations, Person B may be devastated. The perp may be attacking you whenever he/she wants to just in your normal daily activities of touching things, and you may be totally oblivious to the perp's attacks - only suffering its manifestations and consequences that you cannot explain.
          Not only can perp-made electrical fields disrupt brainwaves, but also can disrupt other body circuitry believed to cause many types of body malfunctions. The UEBSB can jam electronic attack signals from transmitters located outside the body AND inside the body (ie: receiving and transmitting electronic implants, including RFID chips).
          The UEBSB gently attaches to your skin with skin-surface electrodes (ie: non-invasive electrodes, our Soft-Pinch Electrodes), generates strong random signals onto your skin that jams the perp's signals of various waveforms to overcome them, thus blocking the perp's signals from accumulating on your skin or penetrating your body and disrupting the purposes of the malicious signals. Since your body is relatively conductive, the UEBSB protects your entire body, whether you are naked or heavily clothed. When the UEBSB output signals go low, whatever other signals are on your skin at that time will be drained to ground - effectively shorted out.              The Client provides us his/her earmuffs for us to permanently modify with our excellent shielding. Bad vibes may be the culprit.
           We believe that people electronically transmit their vibes using their own bodies, which may have a positive, neutral or negative impact on all of their other characteristics, sometimes causing a great person to be undesirable (negative vibes) and a bad person to be desireable (good vibes) - a form of willful blindness. The ULTIMO VELOSTAT ELECTROSTATIC SHIELD: "Velostat" is a plastic material impregnated with carbon to greatly increase its conductivity, and is typically used in antistatic bags which hold electric static-sensitive electronic parts. The UVES works great to shield against static electric fields, which can develop on the body due to skin exposures to static electricity and EMFs. Contrary to the wild claims of many pseudo-scientists, Velostat does not effectively shield against EMF (nor ultrasonic) signals - but is an excellent shield agains electrostatic charges. While Velostat has some electric field shielding qualities, it is a much poorer electric field shield than even copper, aluminum or tin foil. Nor does Velostat change the frequency of electrical signals. Velostat provides only miniscule shielding against magnetic fields (easy to prove - put a Velostat sheet between a magnet and piece of iron, and see that there is no noticeable reduction in the pull of the magnet). How Velostat - a commercial packaging material - works: In the Tribolectric Series chart, the skin comes out very positive. However, most plastic packaging materials come out very negative (many materials listed in Triboelectric charts are widely separated from each other, thereby produce static charges of 100s and even 1000s of volts when they contact each other). These means that if the package contains electronic parts which are very sensitive to static electric discharges, in your process of opening the package, you may develop a static charge of 100s or 1000s of volts. So, if your skin touches one contact on this electronic part and a piece of the plastic touches another contact, the part may burn out. Velostat prevents the plastic and your skin from developing opposing electrostatic charges. The ULTIMO BRAINWAVE ANALYSIS & BIOFEEDBACK / BIOCONTROL DEVICE: The UBA&BBD permits both the extensive analysis of brainwaves and the extensive use of brainwave biofeedback and brainwave control functions. The ULTIMO EM TRANSMITTER DIRECTION FINDER: If you are being electronically attacked, electronically harassed, electronically controlled, electronically tracked, and/or electronically surveilled through some wireless means, the signal is either electromagnetic (EM) or ultrasonic (see below) in nature. There are all kinds of commercial EM scanners which will allow you to scan for the presence of EM signals. However, they almost never come with directional antennas (they usually have only an omnidirectional whip antenna) so that while using the whip antenna you can pick up EM signals and display the strongest EM signal coming to you from any direction, they cannot determine signal direction - only signal frequency and signal strength. Furthermore, since the standard whip antennas used in commercial scanners detect signals from all directions, a stronger EM signal(s) with a nearby center frequency(ies) (eg: licensed ham and/or commercial radio stations and/or TV stations) to an electronic attack signal will cause the scanner with the standard whip antenna to detect it/them instead of the offending signal. However, because our UEMTDF comes with our proprietary highly directional antennas, when pointed in the offending signal's direction, often result in the clear detection and direction finding of offending signals - even when more powerful non-malevolent (eg: licensed commercial stations, ham, cb) transmitters are operating in the same area, at the same time and at nearby frequencies. This is critical because electronic attack transmitters are often designed to operate in the "electronic shadows" of stronger legit signals, such as commercial TV stations and radio stations, to electronically hide them from scanner/whip antenna detection. Furthermore, commercial scanners come with no instructions on how to interpret the received signals in the realm of electronic attack, mind control and body control technologies. Because of the variety of directional antennas that we include and our User Manual insights about their uses, the UEMTDF can be used to detect and determine the direction of not only relatively distant external signals, but also nearby and even internal signals transmitted, for example, from an electronic implant(s) (for modern electronic implants and most other localized transmitters, it is usually very helpful to be able to detect both internal signals and external signals because modern electronic implants, room bugs, vehicle tracking transmitters, possibly telecoils/magnetic induction loop systems, etc. are often in two-way communications with much larger external transceivers which control them; electronic implant control is often based on the received biomedical data supplied by the electronic implants - data which is often biological result of previous control signal instructions from the external transceivers often in a closed-loop feedback type system). The ULTIMO MECHANICAL ULTRASONIC TRANSMITTER LOCATOR: "Mechanical" means here that the UMUTL is totally non-electronic (ie: uses no electricity - no batteries nor AC power). The UMUTL is a portable, very wideband ultrasonic transmitter locator you use to locate nearby offending ultrasonic transmitters, preferably within 25 feet of you (almost all ultrasonic mind control and electronic attacks we know of). You point the UMUTL in the direction(s) you believe the offending signal(s) is coming from. If the UMUTL placement causes a certain change, you then determine the exact direction of the offending transmitter(s) by making a few quick and easy mechanical adjustments. The UMUTL will also locate burst, frequency hopping (multi-frequency) and pulse signal transmitters (just as well as continuous wave signals) - transmitter types very difficult to locate using electronic ultrasonic direction finders. The UMUTL also works well to locate multi-directional and simultaneously-transmitting transmitters. Also great for locating transmitting and/or receiving electronic implants. The ULTRA ULTRASONIC DETECTOR & AMPLIFIER (Ultrasonic Direction Finder): The UUDA is designed to detect and amplify the presence of ultrasonic sounds in your environment - from weakest to strongest (gain tunable 5,000 - 500,000), from 15 KHz - 225+ KHz. Automatic gain control (AGC) is used to extra-boost weak sounds over much stronger ones. Directional and tunable. Ideal for detecting ultrasonic bugs, ultrasonic pain field generators, ultrasonic spurious emitters, ultrasonic communications (will demodulate some), ultrasonic range finders, ultrasonic depth finders, ultrasonic medical devices, ultrasonic mind control devices, etc. Also, the UUDA comes with a FREE NEW MULTIMETER for you to plug into the UUDA to observe the ultrasonic signal strengths as you scan for offending ultrasonic signals; to determine the directions of the ultrasounds (where signal strength is maximum); which meter you can also use for a vast number of other voltage and current measurements you may want to make unrelated to the UUDA. The ULTRA ULTRASONIC JAMMER: Ultrasonic transmitters have several important uses. These include warding off feral dogs and dangerous pests (insects to rodents), and for ultrasonic communications, control, electronic weaponry (eg: ultrasonic mind control / ultrasonic attack), medical ultrasonics and various ultrasonic laboratory applications. "Ultrasonic Jammers" are typically powerful ultrasonic transmitters designed to block or interfere with any intelligence or data transmitted by other ultrasonic transmitters operating in that band, if any, and to disrupt their ultrasonic control, communications, weaponry, and lab functions. Note that ultrasonic signal jammers are never designed to operate as electronic weapons. • Do any of these occur or increase in rate of occurrences and/or intensities when you are near metal, ceramic, hard wood, hard plastic and wallboard surfaces (especially large concave or flat hard and smooth surfaces, eg: cars, appliances, equipment, large tools, sheet metal, walls, any other concave or flat hard and smooth surfaces sound can reflect off of), especially if perceived sounds appear to come from the direction of these surfaces or from corners in these surfaces?

Our popular UUJ also usually makes the best animal, pest and intruder defense systems because their-high powered ultrasonic cacophone outputs are most disturbing to them. The SUPER SOFT-PINCH ELECTRODES (Pair): The SSPE electrodes are a very special non-invasive external electrode pair (non-invasive electrodes) which gently, yet securely, pinches onto fingers, toes, ears, nose, loose skin, plant parts, rough and uneven surfaces, etc., and do not require any skin penetration, gel, saline solution, pad, tape or elastic band to work. The Soft-Pinch Electrodes are very versatile spring-operated and bifurcated on both sides (2-tine fork-like). Because these electrodes are bifurcated, other electrodes can be connected to them in series or even groups if you wish using screws. Can be used as experimental and monitoring radionic electrodes, biomedical electrodes (bio electrodes), biofeedback electrodes (BF electrodes), paranormal electrodes, electronic attack electrodes, and mind control electrodes.
